We are looking for a Data Analyst to help us improve the performance of the creatives we make for our clients. Data is the magic ingredient to our success, and we are looking for a data-competent analyst to work with our creative team to run and analyse ad data to reveal insights that can help us create better and smarter ads.

He/she will be responsible for:

  • Collect, analyze and mine both structured and unstructured data from a variety of source to understand ad performances and user behavior
  • Provide ongoing insight to creative teams (copywriters, designers and developers) to ensure available ad performance data is applied for its best use to our clients
  • Share data-driven insights and performance trends across the digital creatives of Sharpcake, mainly display, video and social
  • Create and share performance reports and dashboards to support analytics and enhance business intelligence
  • Combine analytic skills with business acumen to provide the data and insights to drive success

Creative Group Head

We are looking for a Creative Group Head to responsible for the creative team, product and quality of work for an assigned group of clients who will be working creative as well. The Creative Group Head works primarily under the direction of the Creative Director and closely with the Account Service and Strategy departmant to effectively pitch strategy driven creative to the agency’s clients based on a solid rationale.

We're looking for an experienced analyst who will be responsible for data analysis, dashboard/report building, metrics reviews, guidance on success/failure metrics and ad hoc analysis. You will help improve the ad effectiveness for our clients, enable designer/developers to improve their creative inputs, help our clients generate more value from our creatives and identify opportunities to grow data driven ad solutions.

Proven track record of using data to generate insight and drive business results is required.
